What do you all think? Window Media Player, Itunes and winamp... who is going to rule the world of the media players? I think that Window Media player is good for listening to songs and uploading it into a mp3 player. Itunes is good for organizing all the music files and neatly converting all into Ipod formats. And last but not least, Winamp, a perfect program to watch videos, shows, or any other free hosting available channels. _________________ Blaze n' Glory |

I happen to like Winamp's media library too, the new iTunes library is set up like the Winamp library. (Yes winamp did it that way first.) I mostly prefer Winamp because it uses less RAM than iTunes, and for the plugins and skins.
I don't like WMP because the library setup sucks, the visualization sucks, and I generally just don't like the way the GUI is organized. iTunes and WMP have one advantage over Winamp, which is that the free version of Winamp doesn't fully support burning and importing CDs. But that's not a problem for me because I used a keygen so ahem, yeah, okay.
By the way you managed to leave Winamp out of the poll options somehow, so I fixed it lolkthxbai.

Ah, I see you said "Who is going to rule the world of media players?". That's not really the question I answered. I just say which one I like best, that doesn't mean that iTunes/WMP won't end up being more popular/successful. _________________ Warning: The author of this post chronically suffers from Garden State Syndrome, a psychological disease caused by boredom and air pollution. I like winamp the best, mainly cause of the gui and the skins, but I must say it should have a playlist exporter (Like to A TXT file _________________

Yeah, that would be very helpful, if you could export to HTML or something. I'm pretty sure someone has made a plugin that does that though.
Still, Winamp Media Library does a pretty good job of organizing my 22,000 songs. _________________ Warning: The author of this post chronically suffers from Garden State Syndrome, a psychological disease caused by boredom and air pollution.
