Anyway, so I walk into EB games and I'm all, "Hey do you have anymore copies of Kingdom Hearts 1", and they're all, "Yeah, we have 1 left it's brand new." So I'm all schweet, pay up the 20$ and yeah yeah yeah. I get home, turns out they gave me a 60$ copy of Kingdom Hearts 2...
Anyway, they made some changes to the overall gameplay... They added a form change, so you can have like 2 keyblades, or summon some crazy little thing, such as chicken little... I must say though, 60% of the time you spend will be spent watching cutscenes. The cutscenes are SOOO freakin long... The opening in total took about 7 minutes, then every cutscene afterwards took 4 or 5 minutes.. It's not a game to play if you have no free time.
Overall, I must say it's pretty good, they just added way more cutscenes than needed, the other changes are pretty sweet though. _________________

See, I personally dislike tutorials. If you want to learn, start playing and figure it out from there. I'm not spending two hours of my time on a stupid tutorial. _________________ Thou shalt bow before thee |

Tutorials can be good, but only if there are no annoying animated characters (like in B&W2 or Civ 4), they are optional, or at least only required once (B&W makes you do the tutorial every time you start a new game, and you can't skip it, ever, die).
The Roller Coaster Tycoon tutorial wasn't very good because they moved the mouse for you and if you clicked once it would cancel the tutorial.
The Space Empires IV tutorial wasn't great either, it was optional like the RCT one, which was good, but it really only was a small start to the game and didn't explain loads of things that you would find out later were very important. It seemed kind of unfinished.
Sim City 4 has a pretty good tutorial thingy, and not only is it not required but it also comes in different parts, so you can skip the parts you already know about, or even redo them later if you need a refresher for some reason. _________________ Warning: The author of this post chronically suffers from Garden State Syndrome, a psychological disease caused by boredom and air pollution. I can proudly say, that I have done two tutorials in my gaming career, if it required doing, I either left it, or had someone else do it for me. _________________ Thou shalt bow before thee |

i like tutorials in games like hl2
subtle and not very iscolating, and theyre just words that pop up at the right time.
they just tell you how to play the game during the actual level. so its pretty much not even a tutorial
